    Why has an established flame been extinguished?
    This could be caused by moisture in the sump, due to a blocked sump/condensate trap, or a strong wind getting into the flue.
    Why is my boiler overheating?
    This could be caused by low pressure, below 1 bar. Try increasing the pressure on your boiler and then reset it.
    Why is my radiator not hot at the top?
    It requires the radiator to be bled using a bleed key.
    Why is my water warm but my heating cold?
    If you are using a smart thermostat try replacing your batteries as this can be a common problem.
